How we work
The 4D Method™.
Diagnose. Design. Develop. Deploy. The framework underneath every PILTA engagement.
On the homepage we say it plainly: assess, embed, hand back. The 4D Method is the formal frame behind those words, refined across 22+ years of operating.
01
Diagnose
We start with the work, not the org chart. We interview leadership, shadow the people doing the day-to-day, and document the gap between job titles and what actually gets done. Executive symptoms get chased down to the operator level, where root causes live.
02
Design
With the diagnosis in hand, we design the operational blueprint: processes, technology, KPIs, org structure, roadmap. Your team reviews it. Your team modifies it. Your team signs off.
03
Develop
We build the systems, document the processes, and train the team. PILTA’s hands are in the work. Your hands are in the work alongside. The team owns the outcome from day one.
04
Deploy
We operate alongside your team. Attend the meetings. Own the metrics. Manage the vendors. Refine as the business evolves. Ownership transfers progressively to your people, and we exit when you are ready to take it fully in-house.
Cadence
Your cadence. Our calendar.

Engagements run at the rhythm your business actually keeps, not a consulting calendar.
Some engagements need an operator on call as questions land. Some need one deep on-site block a month. Some need standing days every week, remote and on the floor. The cadence is shaped around your operation, and it changes when your operation changes.
Inside the team
Working with your team.

We are here to learn about what employees are doing today. We help them be heard and create new processes that make things more streamlined for everyone. We build plans with employee input. They are the experts, they are doing the work, they can tell us how it could be better. We take that feedback and build a new process with them in mind.
We are a partner to the company, its executives, and its people. We believe culture and ways of working are important. We aim to bring optimizations, economy of scale, and reliable proven methods to the team. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
